We Built CAPMA Because the System Failed Us All
We’re not rebuilding the old world. We’re forging a new one — lawfully, privately, and in honour. For our trades. For our families. For our children. For the future.
This Is Why We Had to Act
We didn’t start CAPMA because it was a nice idea. We started because the trade industry — and our whole nation — is being torn apart by bureaucracy, corruption, and debt slavery.
Builders are bankrupted over insurance claims. Families are ruined by failed promises. Small operators are suffocated by rules, permits, audits, fines, agencies, mandates and changing legislation no man can keep up with. The system doesn’t protect you — it hunts you.
It’s not broken. It’s working exactly as intended — to extract, enslave and control.
We Didn’t Ask for Permission. We Created CAPMA.
CAPMA — the Construction Alliance PMA — is a Private Members Association built under Express Trust. It is not a legal fiction, not a corporation, and not under state or federal jurisdiction. We don’t play their game. We created our own lawful ground to stand on.
No more begging for licences. No more bowing to codes and schemes designed to entrap you. No more registration in systems that treat men and women as entities. No more dishonour.
This is remedy. This is protection. This is lawful association between people who remember what it means to stand on the land with integrity and self-determination.
Who Is CAPMA For?
CAPMA is for men and women who are ready to exit systems of control and return to lawful, equitable trade, commerce, and association. It’s for those who are sick of fighting uphill battles in dishonourable forums — and who are ready to build something real.
- Tradesmen and women in all industries — building, plumbing, farming, electrical, mechanical, and more
- Suppliers of tools, goods, produce, equipment, resources, food, or raw materials
- Families, mums and dads who want lawful remedy, financial relief, and support
- Private educators, professionals, facilitators, and administrators
- Anyone ready to get off the treadmill and operate lawfully in the Private
What Jurisdiction Do We Stand In?
CAPMA operates under Express Trust, Natural Law, and the Law of Equity. This means:
- You do not consent to maritime or commercial jurisdiction
- You are not operating as a corporate fiction
- Your records are private and held in trust
- You deal directly with other living men and women
- You stand in Honour and are protected by equitable remedy
This isn’t theory. This is lawful infrastructure — real, living and operational — built from the ground up by those who refused to wait.
We Are An Alliance — Not a Business
CAPMA members are not customers. We are not “providers” and “consumers.” There are no contracts of adhesion here. Every CAPMA member enters by express trust, with full capacity, under private agreement.
We don’t compete. We collaborate. We don’t sell out. We build up. We trade honourably. We offer remedy. We support our families. We respect our elders. We raise our children free. And we protect one another.

Now you have a choice.
You can stay in the fiction, waiting for justice that never comes. Or you can step into the Private, into real community, real trade, real honour, and real equity.
CAPMA isn’t just an organisation. It’s a stand. And it’s one you’re invited to take.
